The Memorymaker
Many of old Korean temples are hidden deep within the mountains. Starting from the first gate at the bottom of the mountain, one has to go on a long journey, passing through many gates and encountering various palaces before reaching the end of the temple. However, this journey is not at all boring as the path has been designed to be memorable through trial and error for over hundreds of years.
The Memorymaker is located deep in the mountains near Nami Island in the suburbs of Seoul. Here, one will pass through a round gate and encounter several ponds and buildings, one after another. However, this will not be boring either as the Memorymaker was built just like the old Korean temples. The Memorymaker finally takes its full form in your memory when you leave.
