We only accept online room reservations. Reservations may be made within 3 months in advance.
Please click on the room of your choice under the reservation calendar to make a reservation.
Place a 100% deposit within an hour of your reservation to complete it and a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number registered with us.
If we do not receive a 100% deposit within an hour, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Please check that the deposit amount is correct and make sure that the reservation and the deposit are made under the same name.
For same day reservation, please call 010-6832-2164 immediately after placing the deposit before 5pm to complete the reservation.
On Sundays and public holidays, please call 010-7210-2164 after placing the deposit before 5:00 pm.
We do not accept same day reservations after 5:00 pm.
Walk-in guests without an online reservation will be rejected regardless of room availability.
Any changes in the date and room type may only be made after cancelling the existing reservation by phone and by making a new reservation.
You may check your reservation under Reservation Confirmation.

The above reservation details are only valid if deposit payment is received within one hour after reservation is made.
If you are making the reservation outside Korea and cannot make the deposit payment within an hour, please send us an email with the following information.
Name, phone number, email address, date of stay, duration of stay, number of adults, children and infants, use of charcoal and/or bath salt options, use of additional facilities option, expected arrival time and other requirements.
We will guide you on the reservation procedure based on your information.

Room Rate
Room rates are different according to High season / Shoulder season / Low season and are classified into Weekdays / Day before and after weekend / Weekend.
Weekdays: Mon to Thu, Day before and after weekend: Friday & Sunday, Weekend: Saturday
Additional charges apply on public holidays and the eves of holidays.
Room rates are subject to change from time to time, and the final room rate is shown by placing the cursor over the room name of the reservation calendar.

Terms of Use
Article 1 - Check-in / Check-out
Parking space is available for one car per reservation.
Entry into the estate is only allowed after 3 pm.
Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm.
All administrative duties will end at 10pm.
After tidying the room, please contact the manager for a room check before check-out.
The room check takes about 5 minutes. Manager: 010-7210-2164
Latest check-out is 11am. A 50,000 won / hour surcharge will be imposed for late check-outs.
Please return your keys when you check out.
Article 2 - Matters To Note
Extra charge is 50,000 won per person for both adult and child.
For infants below 24 months of age, no additional charges apply but they are included in the guest count.
Minors are not allowed to enter the room without a guardian.
Outside guests are not allowed to visit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. All cooking that causes smoke such as frying fish and grilling meat as well as the use of candles are not allowed in the room.
Unauthorized photography for commercial purposes is prohibited. Please contact us separately for commercial photography.
Drone is prohibited.
Please note that no pets are allowed in the rooms.
All activity which will affect other guests and rooms is strictly prohibited.
In case of any violation of the above regulations, guests will be asked to leave without any refund on the room rate.
Article 3 - Reference
We do not serve breakfast.
The water supplied is drinkable bedrock water found 300 meters underground.
We do not provide bottled water and seasonings in the room so please bring your own.
We do not sell liquor and food.
please do not use personal charcoal grills and portable gas burners in the room.
Please clean and separate the trash after using the kitchen.
The following items are provided in the room.
Kitchen appliances - refrigerator, microwave oven, electric cooktop, rice cooker, coffee pot, outdoor weber charcoal grill
Bowls - rice bowl, soup bowl, plate, stainless steel bowl, glass bowl
Glasses - wine glass, champagne glass, soju glass, mug, water cup
Cutlery - spoon, fork, knife, chopsticks, teaspoon, tea fork
Cooking utensils - kitchen knife, scissors, tongs, turner, scoop, wine opener, pot, frying pan, tray, chopping board
Outdoor baths (except for outdoor spa and indoor whirlpool) are only available for use once after check-in before 10 pm.
They are closed during winter from December 15 to March 15.
Please do not use your own bath salts.
The Surakjae pool is open for use from April 1 to October 31.
Provided amenities include toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, comb and hair dryer.
Free WiFi is provided in all rooms.
Guests will be asked to compensate any damage to the room facilities.
Please keep safety, including child safety, in mind at all times. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by neglect.
Article 4 - Refund Policy
Please call us directly to cancel your reservation.
Refunds can only be made to the same name which the deposit was made under.
90% of the deposit will be refunded up till 9 days before the date of stay, after which a 10% penalty will be charged for every day closer to the date of stay (eg. 70% refund for 7 days before the date of stay) No refund will be given for cancellation 3 days prior to the date of stay.
If deposits are placed later than the given deadline, the reservation will be cancelled and we will impose a 10% service charge and refund 90% of the deposit.
Any reservation changes will require a new reservation after cancellation of the existing reservation, which will subject to the above cancellation policy.
Charcoal and bath salt are not refundable after check-in.
